EXALCO is one of Greece’s leading aluminium extrusion companies, with over 50 years of experience in architectural and industrial aluminium systems. Based in Larissa, it operates six high-capacity production lines and exports 75% of its output globally. With a strong focus on innovation the company holds top-tier certifications like ISO and CE, ensuring quality and sustainability. Its vertically integrated facilities allow full control of design, coating, and anodizing processes. EXALCO remains a trusted partner for high-performance aluminium applications worldwide.


EXALCO’s facilities are among the most advanced in Southeast Europe for aluminium production and processing. Located in Larissa, Greece, the company operates a fully integrated industrial complex that spans a large area and includes:

EXALCO, one of the biggest aluminium industries, was founded in 1973 and is located in Larissa, Greece. As an integral part of Greek Aluminium history, the company’s name is linked with tradition, experience, development, and the quality of its products and services for more than 50 years.

Οne of the key challenges we aim to address in collaboration with EXALCO is the large volume of aluminium scrap generated during production, which presents both an environmental and operational opportunity for optimization.
